Team Lead

As our Lead Business Assistant, you'll be greeting our patients as they walk in the door and checking them in-so stellar customer service skills and a warm, personable nature is key.
You'll also be scheduling patient appointments, contacting them to confirm any upcoming appointments, and verifying their insurance so they know how much of their treatment is covered.
We'll also need you to:
Knowledge or experience in the following areas:
Schedule and confirm patient appointments Verify insurance, collect and post payments and record receipts Treatment Plan presentations to patients Other Duties Assigned by Doctors Oversee and manage staff, conduct quarterly reviews as needed Position Requirements:
Dental Experience required Excellent time management and organizational skills Microsoft Word and Excel experience require Bonus/Commission:
