Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus - Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role within a medical office setting - Proficiency in using computer systems and software such as EMR systems (Athena) and phone systems - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures is preferred but not required - Ability to maintain professionalism while handling sensitive patient information We offer competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
